In conjunction with Marshall's training from the national college of exercise professionals, NCEP, Marshall has also become an expert at coaching people and training them to eat smart for optimal energy in sports and daily life 0utilizing proper form during training.

Kristin Morse

Personal Trainer

Kristin has a life-long passion for fitness and staying active outdoors and in the gym. She began her career in veterinary medicine as a certified technician and hospital manager. Working out and training with her personal trainer was always her favorite activity. She decided to take the leap from veterinary medicine to personal training in September 2019. After obtaining her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she began working at Orangetheory Fitness as a membership sales associate and completed a 40 hour personal training internship. She continued her knowledge of fitness while obtaining a Nutrition Coach Certification and Group Personal Trainer Certification through NASM. Her goal as a personal trainer is to help others find a balance between health and fitness while maintaining a strong enjoyment of life. Kristin enjoys running 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and swimming. She also participated in a sprint triathlon, Savage Races, Skyway 10K and loves hiking in the mountains when she travels. Outside of fitness, Kristin and her husband go boating, motorcycle riding, loves to travel, cooking, and eating good food with a glass of wine.

Peter Puig

Personal Trainer

Peter has about 20 years of experience as a trainer and has been a member of the National Federation of Professional Trainers since 2005. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (C.P.T., C.E.S.). Peter is also certified as a CPT Instructor by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. As a kickboxing instructor, he's certified by the International Sports Conditioning Assocation. He is also a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, BOSU Ball Instructor, and Allegro Level 5 Polestar Palates instructor. Peter is also an United States Air Force veteran.

Casey Torrance

Personal Trainer
Licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida specializing in active isolated stretching. BS in exercise science from Warner University. Certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.    Played 3 sports through sophomore year of high school.  Baseball football and basketball. 4 year baseball player in college while obtaining Degree. 250 hours of internship with Aaron Mattes the creator of AIS before being his assistant for 3 years. Taught 12 seminars over the 3 years each being 32 hours of CES credits. Work with rehab and organ clients. Trying to help the world 2 seconds at a time.  

Andre Le Claire

Andre is an United States Air Force Security Police Officer veteran. He started in the industry by helping fellow Airmen meet the standards of physical fitness for the United States Air Force. He has been a certified personal trainer for 20 years and holds a senior Fitness specialist certification through the American Council on Exercise. He has worked in a physical therapy setting implementing medically based fitness programs. He specializes in body awareness and mechanics along with balance.

Marie Burchell

Massage Therapist
Marie is originally from Long Island NY and moved to Sarasota in 1991 to attend the Sarasota School of Natural Healing Arts. graduating in February 1992. After graduating, she studied Kinesiology under Arron Mattes.  She went on to study Neuromuscular Therapy with Paul St. John, received her certification in 1994. Marie went on to work with many eminent Chiropractors during her career as well as working in prominent massage establishments.  In 2000 ,she attended State College of Florida, where she received her ASN in nursing, and went on to become a Surgical Nurse.  Always continuing working for her passion in massage.  She received her BSHA at SCF in 2012.   Marie spent several years working at IMG sports facility providing sports massage to top athletes.  Marie has maintained Continuing Education Certifications in many different massage modalities such as Prenatal massage, Lymphatic drainage, Cupping techniques for myofascial release and many more during her 28 years of massage. She uses a combination of techniques during her massage.  She will evaluate your stress factors and any other problems you are encountering to give you the best massage you need to help your pains.
