In conjunction with Marshall's training from the national college of exercise professionals, NCEP, Marshall has also become an expert at coaching people and training them to eat smart for optimal energy in sports and daily life 0utilizing proper form during training.
Kristin has a life-long passion for fitness and staying active outdoors and in the gym. She began her career in veterinary medicine as a certified technician and hospital manager. Working out and training with her personal trainer was always her favorite activity. She decided to take the leap from veterinary medicine to personal training in September 2019. After obtaining her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she began working at Orangetheory Fitness as a membership sales associate and completed a 40 hour personal training internship. She continued her knowledge of fitness while obtaining a Nutrition Coach Certification and Group Personal Trainer Certification through NASM. Her goal as a personal trainer is to help others find a balance between health and fitness while maintaining a strong enjoyment of life. Kristin enjoys running 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and swimming. She also participated in a sprint triathlon, Savage Races, Skyway 10K and loves hiking in the mountains when she travels. Outside of fitness, Kristin and her husband go boating, motorcycle riding, loves to travel, cooking, and eating good food with a glass of wine.
Peter has about 20 years of experience as a trainer and has been a member of the National Federation of Professional Trainers since 2005. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (C.P.T., C.E.S.). Peter is also certified as a CPT Instructor by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. As a kickboxing instructor, he's certified by the International Sports Conditioning Assocation. He is also a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, BOSU Ball Instructor, and Allegro Level 5 Polestar Palates instructor. Peter is also an United States Air Force veteran.
