Peter has about 20 years of experience as a trainer and has been a member of the National Federation of Professional Trainers since 2005. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (C.P.T., C.E.S.). Peter is also certified as a CPT Instructor by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. As a kickboxing instructor, he's certified by the International Sports Conditioning Assocation. He is also a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, BOSU Ball Instructor, and Allegro Level 5 Polestar Palates instructor. Peter is also an United States Air Force veteran.

Pete has been an athlete / fitness enthusiast for his whole life. He lettered in 4 sports in high school (soccer, football, hockey, track and field). He was New England Prep Pole Vault champion his senior year. At Colby College, he lettered in soccer and track and field. In fact, he was captain of Colby's indoor and outdoor track and field teams in his junior and senior years.
Pete completed his first marathon in 1980 and his first Ironman Triathlon in 2014. He has now completed 3 full Ironman triathlons and 9 half Ironman triathlons. Twice, Pete has been named an Ironman All World Athlete ( top 10 %).
Pete is a US Navy veteran. Prior to being certified as a personal trainer, he had successful careers in education, law, and financial planning. After taking an early retirement, he decided to share his passion for health and fitness with others. He is a popular spinning instructor at a number of Sarasota area fitness clubs and has branched out into yoga and aqua-fit.
Pete is eager to help you with your health and fitness goals. If you are looking to shed extra quarantine weight, tone up, run your first 5K, 10K, marathon mud-run or Ironman, he can help you make and implement a successful program.
Born and raised in California, now a resident of Sarasota, Florida. My passion for fitness started at a young age and got more serious the older I grew. At 23 years old, I began working with a coach to help me get dialed in for my first ever bodybuilding competition. After seeing first hand the results that come from paired nutrition and exercise, I got ISSA Sports Nutrition Specialist & ACE Personal Trainer certified and began coaching to help other people better reach their fitness goals, as well!
