STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY

A technique known as The Mattis Method of stretching is utilized to increase joint range of motion and muscle flexibility. Sessions of stretching may be purchased separately from workouts. In post-surgery cases, our stretching specialists work closely with your doctor to aid in your complete recovery.
